Flower near Kenfig Hill Pool

Is this an Iris? Not sure. Would appreciate if anyone knew. Loads growing near this inland freshwater pool.

Update 08:47GMT: I believe this plant is Iris pseudacorus or Yellow Flag Iris - (Iridaceae).

This tall marginal plant is very common beside rivers, lakes and canals throughout Europe. It blooms from May until August.
