One of the premier arts centres in Wales built to celebrate the new millenium (although not opened until 2004!!). The architecture was much critisised when reveiled. It was knicknamed the the 'Armadillo' or the 'Slug'.
However, since opening the building has been praised. One of the distinctive features is the roaf which takes a lovely shine in the afternoon sun. The roof is clad in steel that was treated with copper oxide which gives its distinctive character in the photo above.
Any tips or constructive criticism are welcome.
