Comeragh Mountains Walking

My brother-in-law brought some walking aids as my Wife was suffering with knee ligament issues. They were really helpful once we worked out how to use them properly!!

NIKON D90 1/60 second F/11.0 ISO 200 18 mm

Yes it's so much easier to use one than two. You have to really concentrate to start with, a bit like learning to drive:)
