@Curly: Thanks. It was a case of looking ahead and taking the photos as the Ferry was not going to slow down for these shots :)

I´ve been out on this jetty as a Japanese Super Tanker was unloading it´s load of crude oil !!

@Anthony Morgan Lambert: Must have been an impressive site. Do they process the crude oil at Milford Haven or just store it there?

Originally there were Several Refineries on the Haven.I think only two remain with one being transformed into an LNG storage plant.Different oil firms keep buying out the Refineries.The biggest was Texaco for many years but Gulf,Amoco,Total and Esso have all been based there.Chevron has now taken over the old Texaco site and the other remaining plant belongs to Murco.
